Submissions for individual presentations, posters and symposia are welcome.
SUBMISSION PROCEDURE
- All submissions must be submitted electronically using the online submission form.
- Abstracts and presentations must be in English.
- Submissions for each individual presenter are limited to a maximum total of two. There is no limit to the number of presentations in which an author may participate as a co-author.
- All submissions will undergo blind review by reviewers appointed by members of the Organizing Committee.
- All submissions must follow the instructions provided in the Abstract Submission Instructions below.
- After submitting your abstract, you will receive a message confirming its receipt.
SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
Individual presentation and poster submissions should include the following:
- Title of presentation
- Author(s)
- Author(s)’ affiliation(s) and email addresses
- Abstract (maximum 300 words)
- Five (5) keywords
If there is more than one author, the name of the author presenting should be underlined and one author should be designated as corresponding author.
Before submitting an abstract please choose whether you would like your submission to be considered for an oral or poster presentation.
Oral presentations are allocated 15’ for presentation and 5’ for discussion.
Symposia comprise of three or four individual presentations and will be submitted in one submission form by the symposium organizer.
Symposia submissions should include the following:
- Symposium title
- Symposium organizer
- Symposium organizer’s affiliation and email address
- Discussant
- Discussant’s affiliation and email address
- Symposium abstract (maximum 300 words)
For each individual presentation included:
- Title of presentation
- Author(s)
- Author(s)’ affiliation(s) and email addresses
- Abstract (maximum 300 words)
- Five (5) keywords
Symposia are allocated 90’ in total.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Those who wish to participate in the scientific program of the Conference—including symposia, oral presentations, and/or poster presentations—are invited to submit an abstract of their proposal by March 31, 2027.
EVALUATION PROCESS
All proposals submitted will be evaluated by two reviewers based on the proposed content structure, methodological soundness, and their contribution to the conference theme.
The results of the review will be announced by May 10, 2027.
Please note that the Scientific Committee reserves the right to modify the presentation format of any proposal submitted to the conference.
